Pragana & The Super Ginga is a Brazilian Samba fusion band .
Lead by their singer Marcel Pragana, they are known for the mixing of Brazilian rythms with other types of genres as Rock, Funk, Jazz...
The band started in 2020 with the arrival of Marcel Pragana in Belgium and with the beginning of the composition process of the songs written in partnership with Cesar Colpas.
With different formations and members over time , The Super Ginga found its solid base in the bass of Sander Huys, in the percussion of Matheus Groove and in the guitar and vocals of Pedro Arruda.
Their sound is a powerful and vibrant latin energy often reminiscent of Carnaval.
Influenced by Jorge Ben Jor, Djavan , Tom Jobim, Joao Bosco among others Pragana & The Super Ginga are there to spread Brazilian culture wherever they go and getting everyone to dance, because after all as they say in Brazil and in the music " Tem que ter Samba no pé".
